Shipping destinations
HUB 19 Ecommerce ships to United States destinations supported by our checkout. Available shipping options depend on the delivery address and the items in your cart. Enter your complete address at checkout to confirm availability. We do not currently offer international checkout shipping.

The free standard shipping threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Applicable taxes and the final shipping charge are shown before you pay. Free standard shipping does not make express shipping free.
Processing and delivery timing
Estimated U.S. shipping time: 3–6 days. Any delivery estimate provided for your order is an estimate unless expressly identified as a guarantee. If you need delivery by a particular date, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the available service and timing for your items and destination.
We will notify you if we cannot ship within the timeframe stated for your order, provide an updated estimate where available, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel the affected items and refund the amounts paid for them, including any associated shipping charges, as required by applicable law.
Order updates and delivery issues
We use the email address provided at checkout for order updates. Tracking information will be provided when available. Check that your delivery address is complete and correct. Contact us promptly to request an address correction or cancellation; changes may not be possible after shipment.
If an order is damaged, missing, incorrect, or has not arrived, email us with your order number and details. We will investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution. For damaged items, retain the packaging and provide photographs where possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
